The Davidson Group was founded in 1984 to engage in the development of industrial properties. During the ensuing 28 years TDG has been involved as a developer, joint-venturer and owner in the construction, acquisition or rehabilitation of over 30 industrial buildings totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of space and $200 million in value.
 
Throughout this time, TDG has employed the personal service and perspective that can best be achieved in an owner-run business to the management of single and multi-tenant industrial buildings throughout Southern California.
