It provides a comprehensive suite of spaces and activities, including multiple fitness rooms, a group exercise studio, a Yoga and Pilates studio, a group personal training area, three tennis courts, seven racquetball courts, an indoor track, basketball facilities, a pool, spa services, and dedicated Pilates Reformers. The venue has recently expanded its offerings with a renovated outdoor patio featuring a member café and a new Executive Golf Performance training center.

It complements its fitness offerings with wellness coaching and a 90-day program called Commit to Get Fit that emphasizes education and sustainable lifestyle changes rather than dieting.
