We are a physical therapy and personal training facility working together to provide exceptional service that is paramount in assisting clients during their recovery and journey to optimal performance. With this multidisciplinary approach, we offer a continuum of care for our patients and clients and bridge the gap between rehabilitation and sports performance. Core Values: 

Injury Prevention - Each and every patient and client is provided exercises, stretches and activities that are aimed at reducing the risk of injury during sport, recreation, health and wellness activities. 

Education - Our aim is to provide educational opportunities for the community, coaches, and other health care practitioners to promote a multidisciplinary approach to sports performance and sports medicine. We seek to provide up to date research and treatments to allow our patients and clients the best outcomes in an efficient manner. 

Outcome-Oriented - Using our ARSI Movement Assessment, we complete a thorough medical based assessment to understand baseline deficits and assist in formulating a plan of care and program that meets the individual’s goals. 

Team-Oriented - We are dedicated to working together to provide exceptional service that is paramount in assisting patients during their recovery and clients during their journey to health. This also means engaging with local sports teams to provide group instruction and education.

Additionally, as creators of the ARSI Movement Assessment, we believe a thorough examination to indicate muscle imbalances, strength and flexibility deficits are imperative for any patient/client. We increase the longevity of an athlete’s career by teaching proper movement patterns that reduce reduced mechanical loading that often leads to non-contact or overuse injuries. This methodology was implemented to reduce the overall risk of injury while still focusing on the body’s ability to perform at peak levels in the most efficient way.
