The Fletching Group is a talent identification consultancy. We find professionals who have the experience our clients need and we facilitate introductions. We become professional assistants to hiring managers as we manage the recruiting process from end to end. A Different Approach to Talent Acquisition We are not a typical recruiting agency. We don’t interview candidates, we don’t post job ads, and we don’t collect resumes. We research talent based on our clients’ needs and then help a senior executive prepare for a conversation with each candidate. Our Approach What makes us different? We look for candidates but we do not approach them or interview them. We research their careers and achievements and then we share that information with the hiring manager. Our role in the process is transparent to the prospect. He or she doesn’t hear from a recruiter but instead is contacted directly by an executive. We essentially become a professional aide to the management team. We reach out on their behalf to schedule calls and meetings with candidates whom we have pre-screened, and we coach executives to prepare for those discussions. Because we handle all the background work to verify proficiencies and experience, executives can focus on evaluating soft skills and culture fit.
