Individual Family Based Immigration—Petitions and Adjustment of Status to Permanent Residence (Green Cards) for spouses, children, parents, fiancé(e)s and siblings of US Citizens or Green Card holders 
Asylum—all aspects of the asylum process including: affirmative filings with the INS Asylum Office; Credible Fear Interviews for individuals detained at a port of entry; filings with the Immigration Court and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Circuit Courts.
