The GEM Hotel brand is an authentic and intimate collection of neighborhood boutique properties in Manhattan owned and operated by Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC. The brand, which was launched in 2007, currently boasts three locations: The GEM Hotel Midtown West, located at 449 West 36th Street; The GEM Hotel SoHo, located at 135 East Houston Street; and The GEM Hotel Chelsea, located at 300 West 22nd Street.  A fourth property, The GEM Hotel Union Square, is under development with other sites under consideration.  While the décor of each property is distinct, all guestrooms feature wide-screen flat-panel LCD televisions, high-speed Internet access, coffee maker with Wolfgang Puck coffee, iPod docking station clock radios with MP3 connections, down pillows and plush towels, SEI premium bottled water, high-end Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities and monogrammed bath robes. The GEM Hotels honor individuality and reflect and support the surrounding neighborhood through hotel décor and staff community relations.
