Making sure life gets better with age.  I help guide families through professional geriatric counselling.  You don't have to walk this path alone.  After an initial assessment, I develop and implement a solid care plan for your aging parent or older loved one.  I help coordinate services, provide referrals to resources, and assure communications with medical professionals.

If you are losing sleep, taking time off from work to deal with care giving issues, or struggling to meet your family member's needs, I can help!  As a geriatric care manager, I help match the services needed to your individual needs to contain costs, and am a liaison for families at a distance.  In addition I will mediate among disagreeing siblings to restore family harmony and offer counseling and emotional support.
