Through The Glasshouse Report software, employees proactively respond to a brief series of questions regarding each of these topics based on what they experienced, and on what they witnessed others experience. The questions are posed to each employee on a recurring, scheduled basis.  Employees can respond by choosing to use a smart phone, tablet, or computer.

If an employee reports no problems or concerns for the reporting period, it takes approximately one minute to complete the questions. When an employee uses the software to report a problem, the company’s management is notified immediately, and is able to address the issue promptly and head on.  Employee retention and job satisfaction is enhanced, and fewer lawsuits result.  And if any lawsuits do arise, the company has a strong tool to disprove frivolous claims – based on past reports submitted by the alleged victim and all employee witnesses.
