The Good Food Catalyst is a nonprofit organization based in Chicago, Illinois, operating in the food and beverage manufacturing space with a focus on locally grown and responsibly produced food. Its mission is to expand the production, marketing, and distribution of Good Food to improve social, economic, and environmental health in communities, recognizing access to Good Food as a human right.
