The Green Rock Group LLC seeks to leverage the company principals tenant, banking and broker relationships. 

We are currently seeking retail, industrial and multifamily properties to place our operating partners and tenant relationships. In addition to developing properties into best-in-class sites we are also currently working with a number of both regional and national banks to purchase their distressed debt, non-performing and performing notes across the asset class spectrum. 

Our investments in distressed debt seek to gain title to the property at a significant discount to market value. Though seasoned relationship formulated over a number of years in the commercial real estate industry The Green Rock Group LLC always seeks to maximize risk-adjusted returns to our investors.

The Green Rock Group LLC also offers brokerage services to a number of retail tenants through Green Rock Realty LLC. 

The Green Rock Group LLC also offers asset management and consulting services through Green Rock Management LLC.
