Family Law. We help with Collaborative Divorce, Contested Divorce, and Suits Affecting the Parent Child Relationship (SAPCRs) for Child Support & Custody changes. We execute Prenups, name changes and birth certificate updates.

Civil Litigation. We recover damages with Demand Letters, Mediation, Breach of Contract & Personal Injury Claims. We also defend claims and negotiate settlements.

Business Transactions. We negotiate a broad scope of transactions including Waivers, Mergers and joint ventures, Stock Purchase and Business Buy / Sells.

Startup Advisory. We help choose corporate structure, file formation docs, and draft operating agreements. We file with IRS for Federal Tax ID (FEIN), Texas Secretary of State (TXSOS) for LLCs and other entities, Comptroller's Office, and County Clerks Office.

Intellectual Property. We help choose business name, and file DBAs and Trademarks with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).

Real Estate. We close commercial and residential deals, draft and review contracts, and negotiate Commercial Leases, Residential Sales and Leases, and Unimproved Property Sales. We use Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) Promulgated Form Agreements and draft custom contracts.

Criminal Defense. We defend felonies, DWIs, Controlled Substance, and other misdemeanors. We negotiate plea agreements, Pre-Trial Diversion (PTD) and Deferred Adjudication. We clean public records by Expunctions and Non-Disclosure Orders (Sealed Records). We secure pleas and dismissals for traffic citations.

Estate Planning. We create and update Wills, form Trusts, Power of Attorney (medical & business), Do Not Resuscitate, Funeral & Burial Directives.

Immigration. We apply for Visas, Green Cards, and Citizenship with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) & National Visa Center (NVC).
