Maccari, P.A. is not a large firm, Mr. Maccari’s extensive experience as a collections attorney provides the firm with the ability to handle a large volume of commercial collection services, and his dedicated staff’s sole purpose is to obtain payment for all clients in the swiftest manner possible. We pride ourselves on the ability to serve clients quickly and efficiently and to obtain payment from the debtor before litigation whenever possible. Should litigation be necessary, Mr. Maccari’s over 25 years as a civil litigator will ensure that the litigation is handled in the most efficient manner possible.

Thomas J. Maccari graduated from Florida State University in 1984 and received his law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, in 1987. Mr. Maccari has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1987 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1990. He has also been a member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) since 1987.
