The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, based in West Hollywood, California, operates as an acting and film training organization within the entertainment sector. It builds on Lee Strasberg's legacy as a director and teacher by offering a comprehensive approach to addressing core acting challenges and helping students develop a craft capable of creating and sustaining truthful responses to imaginary circumstances across different kinds of material. Its programs target aspiring actors and students seeking depth in performance, guiding them to move beyond conventional expression toward a distinctive artistic voice. The training emphasizes truthful emotional expression as a cornerstone of the method. In September 2023, the Institute announced the appointment of Dana Theodoratos as Head of Talent to help transition graduates from study to professional work in film and television.
