We have analyzed, packaged and achieved capital for a wide variety of real estate projects including hotels, office buildings, retail shopping centers and residential housing communities. Our experience ranges from large scale, master planned communities to urban redevelopment projects, spanning all land uses and most development issues. These engagements have been undertaken principally throughout North America and Mexico for a number of different clients including developers, investors, financial institutions, insurance companies, major landholders and public agencies.
