The Lukeion Project, a small e-learning organization based in Holly Springs, North Carolina, was founded in 2005 by two Classicists and archaeologists. It offers advanced, college-preparatory courses on the Classical world designed for non-traditional learners, including profoundly gifted and home-educated students. The program provides instruction in Latin I through IV and Classical Greek I through III, along with semester courses in Classical literature, Word Roots, Greek history, and Roman history. 

In addition to coursework, the organization conducts guided tours for tour groups each May to prominent Classical sites, providing experiential learning beyond the classroom. The Lukeion Project operates with a small team and serves a niche within the broader e-learning sector focused on classical languages and history.
