For over 50 years, our mission has been to help make schools a better place by developing, supporting, and honoring educators. Our flexible onsite, online, and print professional development resources are designed to affordably offer continuous learning opportunities for every employee in a school or district—from support staff and paraeducators to superintendents.   

Our flagship program—The Master Teacher Pd Program—is well known and has been motivating teachers since the company’s inception. Our most successful online program—ParaEducator PD Now—has been endorsed by the Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) since 2003 and is a key training resource for paraeducators all over the world.  

In addition to our online and print PD resources, we have a cadre of qualified experts who are able to deliver customized onsite workshops on a variety of topics including the CCSS, text complexity, data-driven decision making, principal and teacher mentoring, student behavior, inclusion, and many more.
