The Moving Dock Theatre Company, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is a Chicago-based ensemble dedicated to the Art of the Actor. For the past fifteen years, it has brought its audiences a unique roster of ensemble-created works, where the artistic process of exploring the inner movement of human experience gives audiences new insights into the actor’s art, and new works of the imagination and soul. An integral part of Moving Dock is its educational program,  Chekhov Studio Chicago, training actors in the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique, taught by Artistic Director, Dawn Arnold, who also brings the Chekhov Technique to high schools, colleges, universities, and theatre companies.
