Our mission is to move strategic thinking from an annual budgeting, delegating and scheduling exercise into the everyday task of creating leverage and synergy throughout an organization. 

Strategic thinking is widely seen as the keystone of any leadership effort. It is the first and most important job we expect from our leaders. And yet, the American Management Association found that only 4% of leaders can actually demonstrate strategic thinking competency. The Institute of Directors found that 90% of executives at Director and Vice President levels have had no strategic thinking training at all.
