The New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative (NewBoCo) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the New Bohemia district. It supports early-stage startups and their growth in the region through initiatives such as the Iowa Startup Accelerator and related programs. In addition to startup support, NewBoCo builds talent pipelines by delivering educational programs for both youth and adults and by partnering with companies to advance corporate innovation and product development.

Since 2014, its initiatives have expanded to help hundreds of startups launch and scale and to provide thousands of young people with coding and digital skills. The organization aims to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and broaden access to technology education, seeking meaningful economic and social impact both locally and globally. In 2026, NewBoCo partnered with the Grow Clinton group to lead the EntreFuel initiative for two years.
