Who Do We Serve? We work with mid-career and later-career professionals and seasoned business owners who are feeling stuck--lacking passion, purpose and drive for their work. What Do We Do? We help them to re-ignite their passion and re-kindle their enthusiasm for their work and their life so they can become difference makers. We help them to develop a "WHITE HOT WHY" that will re-energize them and propel them to strive for excellence in every area in the next phase of their life, including their work. How Do We Do It? The critical first step is Self Discovery--asking Who am I? It involves in-depth assessments to help you discover your convictions, strengths, passions, etc. The second step is to Evaluate Your Life--asking How Am I Doing? in each area of your life. The next step is to Create A Life Plan, focusing on the most important areas of your life, and involves creating a purpose and vision statement, along with SMART strategies/objectives for each area. Essentially, the Life Plan acts as a road map for each area of your life. The final step is Implementing The Plan--asking How's My Progress? This step involves accountability, encouragement and support as you progress towards implementing your strategies and achieving your goals.
