The critical first step is Self Discovery--asking Who am I? It involves in-depth assessments to help you discover your convictions, strengths, passions, etc. The second step is to Evaluate Your Life--asking How Am I Doing? in each area of your life. The next step is to Create A Life Plan, focusing on the most important areas of your life, and involves creating a purpose and vision statement, along with SMART strategies/objectives for each area. Essentially, the Life Plan acts as a road map for each area of your life. The final step is Implementing The Plan--asking How's My Progress? This step involves accountability, encouragement and support as you progress towards implementing your strategies and achieving your goals.
