On December 10, 1996 Ocean Club Community Association, Inc. (O.C.C.A.), a not-for-profit Florida corporation, was formed to manage community affairs for the unit owners of the prestigious Ocean Club in Key Biscayne, Florida. 

The residential gated community consists of approximately 802 condominium units in eleven buildings, over a 56-acre property. The amenities include a Tennis Club, eight clay tennis courts, a Beach Club, a Beach Bar & Grill by the oceanfront, a Beach Pool, a Grand Pool, a Spa, Salon and exercise facilities for the fun and enjoyment of the resident-members.

Our Mission Statement:

The mission of The Ocean Club Community Association in Key Biscayne, Florida is to enhance the quality of life for its Resident Members by providing excellence in amenities, services, buildings and grounds of the Association and taking in a timely manner such actions as are consistent with the restoration, preservation and enhancement of the property values of the residential properties located within the physical boundaries of the Association.
