Headquartered on California’s Central Coast, The Orosco Group is a full service real estate development firm, offering in-house acquisitions, entitlements, architecture, construction, property management, underwriting, leasing, and asset management capabilities that are second to none.

During the last four decades, The Orosco Group has constructed and/or repositioned over $1Billion in retail development, office, multi-family, and light industrial projects. Roughly half of this volume has been completed during the past 10 years, with over 40 active projects now in various stages of development.   Our projects have earned such honors as “Best New Office Building” from the City of Monterey and the “State’s Best Redevelopment Project” from the California League of Cities.  With that said, The Orosco Group subscribes to the idea that ‘the company is only as good as its last project.’
