The Palomar is a London-based restaurant created by the Studio Paskin team, located in Theatreland and Soho on Rupert Street. Its cuisine draws on Southern Spanish, Italian, North African, and Levantine influences, combining modern techniques with traditional methods. The dining room centers on a 16-seat zinc kitchen bar at the front that overlooks the kitchen, with a mosaic marble floor leading to a back dining area featuring a reclaimed parquet floor, dark oak paneling, and banquettes in royal blue leather; a carefully curated wine list and a rotating 10-item cocktail program accompany the meals. Led by Head Chef Dan Murray, the restaurant targets guests seeking an intimate, ingredient-driven dining experience in central London.
