The Pangea Network is an international nonprofit committed to equipping women and youth with the knowledge, skills, and support to become confident leaders and changemakers in their communities. Founded in 2005, we work in Kenya and the U.S. through comprehensive, community-driven programs that promote self-reliance, leadership, and sustainable impact. Our Core Programs: • Kenyan Women’s Network (KWN): Empowering thousands of women across Kenya through life and business skills training, health education, entrepreneurship, and mentorship. • Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health (TUDAI & TUKAI): Guiding Kenyan youth in making informed, healthy life decisions. • Young Women’s Leadership Challenge (YWLC): Developing leadership, confidence, and civic action in high school girls in the United States. • Student Sponsorship Program: Supporting marginalized Kenyan students to complete school and pursue brighter futures. We partner deeply with local leaders and communities to ensure cultural relevance, sustainability, and long-term transformation.
