The Partnership CDC (TPCDC) is located in West Philadelphia, and committed to improving the lives of low- moderate income families in our community and throughout Philadelphia.  We are proud of our accomplishments as service providers, real estate developers and community builders.  Since 1992, TPCDC has leveraged over $60M in private real estate and other investments in the revitalization of West Philadelphia.  Our financial and homeownership education has helped families city wide become homeowners; lately our focus has expanded toward helping a growing number of homeowners prevent foreclosure.  Our economic development activities have attracted new businesses to our community, created new jobs and retained existing businesses. Our corridor revitalization efforts have stimulated new retail development, supported area business associations and delivered technical assistance to businesses and community groups.

Our is to improve housing and economic opportunities for low- moderate income West Philadelphia residents and to strengthen and expand local businesses and jobs. We achieve this by serving as a leader and catalyst for community change in four key areas:  
   Being a catalyst for affordable housing and real estate development;  
   Providing housing and financial education services;   
   Advancing neighborhood energy conservation and developing green jobs and businesses; 
   Engaging residents and serving as a neighborhood convenor and partnership-builder.
