Legislated as the authority on substance abuse in Greenville County by South Carolina Act 301, the Phoenix Center is the county's largest provider of substance abuse services. With a dedicated staff and innovative programs, the Phoenix Center takes a proactive approach to fighting addiction and drug abuse. Because we believe that substance abuse and addiction are both preventable and treatable, we offer an extensive range of services to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.
