As founder and leader of The Raines Group, Sandy Raines began her real estate career in a top real estate company owned by her mother in Lansing, Michigan.  In 1998, Sandy moved to Central Ohio and was determined to rebuild her business and duplicate her successful real estate career in Central Ohio.  Determined to create a team of professionals that would clearly out perform other agents in quality of service and results, Sandy spent the next several years hand-picking and developing a successful team.
