The RehabGYM is a medical fitness facility designed to provide both proactive/preventative services through fitness and provide rehabilitative services through evidence based physical therapy, occupational therapy and athletic training. The RehabGYM is on the cutting edge of health care reform, providing custom designed exercise programs in the treatment of chronic disease. Medically directed exercise is proven to be effective in the treatment of heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, arthritis, poor balance and poor circulation and leads to improved functional mobility in aging. Independent use of the facility includes program set up and guidance through personal training, at no extra charge. Memberships are affordable. While in physical rehabilitation (physical therapy/athletic training), use of the facility between visits is free and encouraged. We are also a proud supporter of Silver Sneakers.
