The Roxborough Group, LLC, (“Roxborough”) is a real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco. The firm was founded in 2013 by Marc Perrin, a former Starwood Capital Group executive who serves as managing partner. Since its inception, The Roxborough Group has raised three discretionary funds and other co-investment vehicles it currently manages on behalf of a diverse set of institutional investors, including endowments, pension funds, family offices and high-net worth individuals.  

Roxborough invests opportunistically across all real estate asset classes, both directly and with partners, as well as in corporate real estate transactions. The firm’s investing philosophy is a thematic approach that encompasses macro fundamentals, asset level nuances and event-driven market mispricing.  Roxborough targets dynamic submarkets fueled by sustainable economic growth and outsized demand drivers.  Roxborough places a premium on risk minimization and capital preservation by acquiring assets at a discount to replacement cost, prioritizing cash flow and maintaining exit discipline to take advantage of market inefficiencies.
