Jay Schlichting recognized his 2nd calling amid the oil & gas meltdown of the late 80's in Midland Texas, as he saw friends and business men wiped out battling IRS instead of doing what they do best, making their phone ring. Jay knew that the right person with the right knowledge could step in and guide clients through the IRS storm. He knew he was the right man and had confidence that there existed a need for profession experienced advocates to help clients with their IRS issues.  Over the next several years Jay invested his time, resources and some blood sweat and tears learning on the fly and obtaining education he needed to get into the fray.
