The Solutions Team is a Managed Service company providing Information Technology support for our clients across 40 states for the past 14 years.  We have a focus on working with legal, medical, dental, construction firms and others.  It is to our advantage to minimize the number of hours it takes to support our clients rather than benefiting from billable hours.

The Solutions Team differs from our competitors by NOT charging Time & Material, project fees, or selling equipment as problem resolution.  The Solutions Team sees the long term benefit to your firm and your customers by taking a proactive approach to preventing operational issues. The Solutions Team’s model is completely opposite of the competition.  Other IT companies make a profit when you have IT issues.  The Solutions Team makes a profit when their clients (you) don’t have IT issues.  Also, with the TST “Concierge Service”, we will work with your other technology providers (Internet, software, equipment, etc.) to eliminate finger-pointing while coordinating multi-vendor issues to resolution on your behalf taking you out of the IT business.
