The Spears and Robl Law Firm, LLC represent businesses and individuals primarily in business litigation, creditor-debtor disputes, bankruptcy cases, transportation disputes, and landlord-tenant and real estate disputes. We also have experience in setting up small businesses and assisting clients with business transactions. Our focus is concentrated on these areas in order to fulfill our mission of being highly responsive to our clients’ questions and needs. 

Our lawyers bring the knowledge and skills gained from years of work at larger law firms to a smaller, more responsive platform to provide greater efficiency for our clients.  The firm has 3 lawyers. All of our lawyers are admitted to the Bar of the State of Georgia and some are admitted to the Bars of Tennessee and South Carolina. Our lawyers regularly appear in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts, as well as bankruptcy courts, across the State of Georgia and around the Southeastern United States. Our lawyers have authored numerous articles and given speeches in their practice areas.
