The Student Hotel, now The Social Hub, operates in the hospitality sector by blending co-living and co-working to create spaces where students, travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads and entrepreneurs can connect and thrive. Its flagship Amsterdam City property hosts TSH COLLAB, a coworking hub offering flexi-desk spaces, dedicated offices and small classrooms, together with amenities such as an Olympic-size pool, a gym, an auditorium, a restaurant and reliable connectivity. This integrated community model is designed to support collaboration across living and working environments, with plans to introduce membership-based workspaces across all locations.

Based in Amsterdam, the company positions itself as a hybrid provider within Europe’s hospitality landscape, combining living and working spaces under one roof. It projects growth to 65 locations in five years, with at least 17,550 rooms and more than 620,000 square meters of co-living and co-working space in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France and Germany. A notable recent development is the expansion and rebranding to The Social Hub, including new hubs in Barcelona Poblenou and Madrid in 2022, reflecting its broader connected-community network.
