The Symmetry Companies now represent the fusion of decades of individual construction experience with a suite of services curated to meet the market. Headquartered in Dacono, CO with nearly 50 team members, The Symmetry Companies are a prominent vertically integrated real estate and construction company in the Rocky Mountain region. It all started back in 2010 and 2011 when Tcon Restoration & Construction and Symmetry Builders, Inc. formed and entered the construction industry in Colorado. Interestingly, the companies have each shared the same guiding principles since being founded. The primary vision has always to been to prioritize people over profits and add value to everything we do. After a decade of experience in the field, the ownership of both organizations saw the need for something more than a commodity builder in additional sectors of Colorado’s real estate development. Enter: Teton Custom Homes, Symmetry Modular, Symmetry Consulting, and Symmetry Development. Then finally, we all came to our senses and joined forces in 2022 to form The Symmetry Companies.
