Teaming with local architects and contractors who specialize in the design & construction of modern facilities, we work directly with our public sector clients from the beginning of the development process to accelerate the design & construction schedule, reduce project costs and ensure the specific needs and goals of the community are met efficiently and economically. We also provide tax-exempt financing for 100% of the project cost or a portion thereof if you do not already have funding in place.
