The Tipping Foundation, now operating as Aruma, is a disability service provider with a long history stemming from a 2018 merger between House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation. Based in Carnegie, Victoria, it serves the east coast of Australia and supports around 5,000 people with disabilities. The organization emphasizes a person-centred approach, avoiding a one-size-fits-all model and tailoring supports to individual goals within the NDIS environment. With more than a century of combined experience from its predecessor organizations, it remains an established presence in disability services.

Aruma's scope includes housing and community-based supports as part of its disability services offering. In 2024 the organization launched Club Aruma, a program that coordinates social and community activities, centre-based programs, and in-home supports to help participants engage with daily life.
