The Unlimited Path of Central Florida, Inc. was incorporated in 1994 and is a multi-program agency partnering with DOC to support offender's needs in FL. The corporate office is located in Panama City, FL and have more than 80 employees working in correctional institutions. We have been providing substance abuse and mental health services to the offender population for over 17 years in residential and outpatient settings. In 1997 residential therapeutic community substance abuse treatment was implemented for the Department of Corrections and later, incorporated residential substance abuse treatment program curriculum designed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons as an alternative for offenders resistant to 12 step philosophy. Executive Director and founder, Bertrand Randolph has 24 years in substance abuse services. He has a M.S. in Public Administration, M.S. in Counseling and Psychology, B.S in Addiction Studies, and B.A. in Business Administration. He is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addiction Professional, Certified Batterer’s Intervention Facilitator and Certified Juvenile Sex Offender Counselor. Mission statement: "To improve the quality of life within the community by serving offenders, both incarcerated and recently released, and their family members through substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling, education, prevention activities and re-entry efforts enabling offenders to become productive, law-abiding citizens."
