We are a client-oriented attorneys located in Rochester, New York who represent individuals, municipalities and businesses with legal needs relating to Zoning and Land Use, Environmental, Energy, and Municipal Law.

While certain legal issues recur with some frequency, we realize that each matter is unique, each client has its own interests and values, and that dispute resolution must be tailored to fit the needs and expectations of the client. We are experienced in a full range of dispute resolution techniques ranging from client counseling to mediation to litigation.

We use legal case management techniques to provide efficient, client-focused services and employ cloud-based technology to provide ready, secure access to case files and research.

We use the team approach to deliver legal services. Under this approach, work is delegated to the most capable team member with the lowest hourly rate. Specific tasks are delegated to associate and staff attorneys and legal assistants. All work is done under the direct supervision of the most experienced attorneys.

We concentrate our enthusiasm on highly skilled, specific areas of law and strive to emphasize sustainability, innovation and urban regeneration.
