A critical blocking patent for this technology was issued to Theracell by the USPTO in 2014. The oxygenation technology has been tested in a number of pre-clinical trials using several DBM's on the market today, as well as stem cells. In all prior studies our oxygenation technology has been shown to enhance healthy and high quality bone formation in animal tests. In these studies the company obtained statistically significant evidence of improved bone quality and growth.
