Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) provides services to children of all ages with autism and other developmental disabilities in Northern and Southern California. Our company's mission is to design individualized programs for children to maximize their learning potential. TLC's services meet the needs of individuals with evidence-based intervention and remedial services that promote independent functioning in all environments. TLC's therapeutic methods target and promote the development of language, play, pre-academic, social and learning-to-learn skills. TLC's programs build skills and promote independent functioning in each of the following areas: learning-to-learn (e.g., observing, listening, following instructions, imitating); communication (vocal and non-vocal); social interaction; self-care; school readiness; academics; play; self-monitoring; and vocational skills. TLC is a certified non-public agency with a team of professionals that includes: Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Pediatric Clinical Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLP). TLC is a preferred service provider for multiple insurance companies, school districts, and regional centers.
