Therapy Lab is a modern mental health company designed to work better for real life. We offer a differentiated alternative to traditional therapy by combining structured therapy plans, thoughtful assessment, and expert clinicians, supported by technology that improves clarity, continuity, and care over time.

Founded by Dr. Chandler Chang, Therapy Lab was built to address common frustrations with mental health care, including open-ended therapy, unclear goals, and difficulty re-entering care when needs change. Instead, we focus on thoughtful diagnosis, structured and time-limited therapy plans rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the option to return for continued support or check-ins as life evolves.

Our approach is goal-oriented and practical, helping clients make meaningful progress while managing time, cost, and the demands of modern life. In early engagement, 80 percent of clients report significant clinical improvement within their first three sessions.

Technology at Therapy Lab is designed to enhance, not replace, human care. We use it to support intake, progress tracking, and therapy planning so clients receive the right level of care at the right time, while clinicians are able to focus on high-quality, personalized treatment.

Therapy Lab serves the most common mental health concerns across all life stages, from early childhood through older adulthood, making it easier to find appropriate care and return to support without starting over. To date, we have served more than 2,500 clients and receive strong client ratings and feedback.

Therapy Lab currently offers services in English, Spanish, and French and continues to expand access across the United States.
