All cabinets are made with heavy stainless steel both inside and out for corrosion resistance and easy clean up. Glass doors allow viewing of product without disturbing the cooking process. Heat transfer plates are made of anodized aluminum for strength as well as ease of cleaning.

Even heat transfer from the shelf to the food makes food safety compliance a sure thing. Even with continuous door openings, food in a Thermodyne unit experiences little or no decrease in temperature because heat remains active in the shelf.
