We are a fully bonded travel business and have won a number of awards from airlines and hotel partners for outstanding sales performance and service.

THG Holidays is a family run tour operating business based in Swansea. We started trading as part of the Thomson Travel Group in 2001 when we first developed a limited programme to Bali. Since this time we have grown steadily and increased our programme to meet the needs of our customers. The one thing that has remained constant is that we will only enter a market that we are specialist in and know that we are able to add value to our customers. We are passionate about providing a personal service, looking after our customers at every stage of the process and giving outstanding value. In 2007, following a review of future strategy the THG Holidays business was bought by Gareth and Michelle Gronow who are the current directors of the company. We are proud to be a truly independent tour operator that is able to simply focus on providing great value travel products and services for our customers. We aim to put the customer at the heart of everything we do and add value throughout the booking journey.
