Third Hand Healing (THH) was founded to offer mental health interventions and identity affirming support as a way to heal individuals and communities. 

THH utilizes therapeutic art and holistic services that support those who need us most. THH allows clients confidence to emerge by exploring personal difficulties through various creative modalities.

THH serves everyone, but we have a priority audience of our own POC communities.THH safely encourages healing and self-expression without judgment or bias.

We are a collective of certified, culturally-sensitive therapists and healing practitioners.  We utilize decades of experience to help our diverse clientele gain insight. Helping people develop tools to support mental, emotional and physical health. We work with both corporate and community clientele!

Third Hand Healing offers employee services and department-wide workshops to support your team. Together we establish skills needed to alleviate stressors and confront personal difficulties that can affect the working environment. By bringing resolve, we can then help your staff identify their strengths and discover ways to elevate their day-to-day experience.
