Third Point Real Estate Strategies (“TPRES”) is owned by Third Point LLC, with Frank Scavone serving as its Managing Partner. TPRES controls its affiliate adviser, Third Point Private CRE Credit LLC (formerly known as Trawler Capital Management), which is focused on commercial real estate debt investments including mezzanine loans, B-notes and preferred equity.
                                                                     
A foundational investment thesis of TPRES rests on the belief that subordinate loans associated with stabilized properties should outperform loans on transitional or development assets on a risk adjusted basis, and often on an absolute basis. 

TPRES has overseen more than $1 billion in CRE debt and equity positions since the team’s inception in November 2016.
