History:

The founding shareholders of the firm came from Marshall Thomas Burnett, the largest sinkhole litigation firm in Florida. Over the years, our attorneys have gained a reputation for achieving excellent results, successfully litigating thousands of cases on behalf of clients in both state and federal court, and trying cases in front of juries across the state.

Serving Florida:

Although Thomas Nutter Thomas continues to represent clients with disputed sinkhole claims, the firm has expanded its reach in order to assist more people in a wider, but strategically-concentrated, variety of disputes including stucco defect and builder warranty claims, property insurance claims involving hurricane, water loss, mold, fire and other catastrophic losses, lost wage and overtime claims, and debt harassment claims.
