Thompson & Associates, Inc. (T&A) was founded in 2008 and is focused on providing quality and responsive professional engineering consulting to our clients.  Our president, James F. Thompson, PE, started working in Broward County in 1996 on municipal projects ranging from small treatment plant retrofits to large neighborhood redevelopment projects. Our Vice-President, Darren Badore, started working in Broward County in 1994 with project experience providing Project Management and design services for development projects for public and private clients in Broward and Miami-Dade County.  His extensive County experience includes seventeen (17) large scale phased neighborhood redevelopment projects.

T&A has three (3) conveniently located offices in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

T&A has a proven track record of delivering projects as a Prime Consultant. As a certified CBE and SBE, T&A prides itself on providing quality consulting services on government contracts. By exceeding our Clients’ expectations on every project, we create lasting relationships.
