We believe that focus leads to growth. With experience in launching new ventures and scaling existing businesses, we look to partner with single-trade or niche contracting businesses serving the built environment. 

We look for companies in growing industries with revenues between $5M-$50M, healthy gross margins above 40%, and strong EBITDA performance between 10%-15%.
