Thrive Counseling is a private practice in Kennesaw, GA specializing in providing therapeutic support services for children (3-12), adolescents (13-17) their parents and families. We provide a number of different services including Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Teen/Tween Counseling, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and Parent Coaching to meet every client’s needs.

At Thrive we utilize well-researched, state of the art treatment approaches, and our counselors all have additional trainings or certifications in their specialty area so that we may provide our clients with an expertise in delivering the best care possible tailored to their unique needs. In addition all of our therapists are trained in expressive therapies. By using creative approaches to address some of the tough issues that children and adolescents face in today’s world, we make counseling fun as they gain tools to express themselves, cope effectively, and navigate the world about them. 

Our mission is to create a sense of hope by providing a safe non-judgmental space where our clients can work through difficult feelings and develop coping skills for managing all types of concerns - from everyday stressors to major life transitions.
